Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. Payment terms, including deposit requirements, milestone payments, and final payment schedules, will be specified in the service agreement. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, calculated from the due date until full payment is received. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NorthSky Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.
